• Contact me: by phone, email, or website contact form. We can book a free 15 minute phone consultation and determine if I am a good fit for your child.

• Insurance: I am in-network with- Blue Cross Blue Shield MT, Mountain Health Co-op, Cigna, Allegiance, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Pacific Source, Missoula County Benefits Trust. I also offer private pay options.

• Physicians referral: A referral is required for insurance billing. To request a referral, contact your child’s pediatrician and have them fax a referral to 406-540-7968.
